Sacred Systems aren’t cages. They’re keys.

sacred systems are keys, key in door

I used to think I had to choose between being in my creative, intuitive zone OR being structured and strategic. I thought systems were something "serious" business owners used—people with perfectly stacked workflows and operations manuals for everything.

And yes, I do jive with some of those things. I use spreadsheets. I like color-coding. But when I’m juggling all the balls it takes to keep this business afloat, let’s be real: I don’t have time to "build a system." Not in the way we’re usually taught.

At the same time—I was exhausted. And deep down, I knew I was the one creating the chaos.

I needed white space. Flexibility. Space to feel my way through a week, not plan it to death.

But I also needed to stop:

  • Repeating the same replies to emails
  • Scrambling to write content the night before it was due
  • Losing track of which offers were leading where

Systems kept showing up in my orbit. And honestly? I brushed them off. “I don’t have time for that,” I told myself.

Until one day, I finally stopped scrolling and started clicking. It was then I began to learn what a system truly is.

If you’re like me, when you hear the word "system" you might think: Cold. Rigid. Complex. But here’s the truth:

A system is simply a set of connected parts working together for a purpose.

Think about:

  • The solar system — planets orbiting in predictable patterns
  • An ecosystem — organisms and elements coexisting in balance
  • A transportation system — buses, roads, trains all flowing together

And then it clicked. (Not the mouse—my brain.)

A system doesn’t have to be rigid to be effective. It doesn’t have to be corporate or overwhelming or disconnected from who you are.

“A system is a set of things—people, cells, molecules, or whatever—interconnected in such a way that they produce their own pattern of behavior over time.” – Donella Meadows, Thinking in Systems

A sacred system—one that actually fits you and your rhythm— is a key. 🔑

A key to reclaiming your time. A key to doing work you love without the burnout. A key to running your business with more flow, more focus, and more freedom.

A system is just a supportive structure. A rhythm. A way of doing things that lets you stay grounded in your values while moving forward.

Like… doing your weekly grocery shopping with a plan instead of winging it aisle by aisle, only to come home without the one ingredient you needed for dinner.

The difference? The system works for you. Not the other way around.

When I started seeing systems not as limitations but as liberation, everything changed.

I stopped over-customizing everything and started designing repeatable, soul-aligned workflows. I gave myself permission to stop being reactive all the time—because my systems were holding the pieces for me.

For example:

  • I used to start every piece of content from scratch—now I have a simple framework (and pre-made templates) that helps me repurpose, reflow, or rewrite from an idea bank.
  • I used to let my inbox rule my day—now I have set email windows and an autoresponder that protects my focus.
  • I used to mentally track which clients needed follow-up—now I use a recurring task system that reminds me before things slip through the cracks.

And I want that for you, too.

If you’ve been resisting structure because it’s never felt good before, maybe you just haven’t experienced it in a way that honors your energy.

This is exactly why I created the Sacred Systems Sprint.

It’s a 5-day self-paced experience for soulpreneurs who want systems that feel nourishing, not numbing. Grounded, not overwhelming. Practical and intuitive. (Yes, you can have both!)

Each day, you'll gently build a foundation that supports your growth without sacrificing your freedom:

  • Reclaim your time
  • Learn how one workflow can simplify your whole week
  • Identify what to repeat, delegate, or automate
  • Design a systems sanctuary that grows with you

And yes—you’ll even map out one simple workflow that saves you time without stealing your soul.

Because systems aren’t here to box you in. They’re here to set you free.

And for those of us out here soulpreneur-ing our way through this wild, beautiful, purpose-led journey—we need a little freedom. We need room to breathe. Be creative. Serve our clients.

If you're craving more flow, less friction, and a sustainable business rhythm—this Sprint is for you.
